Feb 2 - Photo Email from Kara to All

So
we all spoke of meeting for a photo in Smith. One Problem-Gretchen
works until noon. Deedra will be observing at noon. If it is ok with you
ladies, we can go to where Deedra is and snap a quick photo. This of
course means that we need to have our draft edited and ready by then,
needing only to add the photo and print it off. Gretchen, will you be
sure to have the cover page done with the edit? That way we grab
Gretchen at Noon, go find Deedra, snap the photo, I can e-mail the photo
while we walk to wherever we will be printing it, add it and be done.
Gretchen if you e-mail the final doc to me, I can e-mail it to myself,
run to the comp lab, add it and print off. Does that sound ok?

For max efficiency, We can meet by the info desk in Smith. Let me know what you all think.
