Thank you for your inquiry. For this initial meeting with the Wilkes Community Group committee members and staff from Portland Parks and Recreation, I will prepare an agenda and facilitate the session. I believe that Elizabeth Kennedy-Wong will lead a significant portion of the meeting as she is closely associated and familiar with the master planning process. My hopes are to get the agenda for the meeting emailed out to everyone by Wednesday evening.
For future meetings related to this project, the suggestion of co-facilitating and/or group members rotating/sharing the role of facilitator would seem to be most appropriate. We can cover this concern at our meeting on Friday.
